Michelle (Segura) Wyman
Air Force Veteran

Michelle has worked as the Business Development Lead at Encompass Energy Services for eight years. She recently transitioned to Encompass’s parent company, Eagle Infrastructure. As the Director of Business Development, she is undertaking the mission to scale multi-disciplined companies nationally throughout the diversified energy markets. She is a 4-year combat veteran of the United States Air Force. She served in Iraq and Qatar during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Michelle is on the Scholarship Committee for the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club and is an Advisory Board Member for Reading Partners Colorado. She has an Executive MBA (University of Denver, Daniels College of Business) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship (University of Nevada-Las Vegas). Growing up in Southern Louisiana, she is a small-town Cajun girl at heart. Still, she loves being a part of the Energy Industry and the Rocky Mountain Community.

Ken Swalley
Navy Veteran

Ken Swalley has worked at Anvil Corporation for 15 years. He started in the control systems department and is currently working as the branch manager for the Mountain region which includes Colorado. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (University of Idaho) and a MBA from Keller Graduate school of Management. He spent six years in the Navy, four of them stationed on the USS Arkansas with a deployment to the first gulf war.

Josh Young
Army Veteran

Josh has worked as a Project Manager for Jomax Construction for 3 years working primarily in the DJ Basin on capital, well connect and integrity projects. He served 9 years in the US Army and deployed to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne in 2010-2011 and again with the 1st Cavalry Division in 2012-2013. He has a bachelor's of science in Behavioral Science & Leadership from the United States Military Academy.

Patrick McCarthy, PMP
Army Veteran

Patrick has worked as a Project Manager for Kinder Morgan for 8 years undertaking O&M, capital, integrity, interconnects, and encroachment projects. He is a 8 year combat veteran of the United States Army where he served as a Combat and Construction Engineer serving in operational positions from Platoon Leader to Company Commander and staff positions from Planner to Brigade Engineer for 555th Engineer Battalion, 101st, and 4ID. Patrick Deployed to Iraq in 2007-2008 and Afghanistan in 2012. Patrick is the Chair of the Veteran’s Committee for the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club. He has a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management and Construction Management (Missouri University of Science and Technology) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering (United States Military Academy). He is an active part of the Oil and Gas Industry in the Rockies and lives in Colorado Springs, CO.

Ned Southwick
US Coast Guard Veteran

Ned served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1898 - 1993. Ned is a veteran of Gulf War 1 and conducted port security inspections as well as search and rescue missions on and around the Chesapeake Bay and Norfolk Va. In 1992, while attached to the US Coast Guard Cutter Chase, Ned was part of a US contingent who sailed to Vladivostok, Russia and reopened the American Consulate. Other duties while aboard the Chase also included conducting fishery patrols in the Bearing Sea as well as drug interdiction in the South Pacific. Ned left the Coast Guard as a Machinery Technician 2nd class and has stayed in various technical roles throughout his carrier. For the past 11 years, Ned has worked in the Oil and Gas sector specializing in Vapor Recovery and Combustion Technologies. He is currently the Regional Sales Manager for Zeeco Inc and is based in Erie Colorado.

Greg Burciaga
Army Veteran

Greg enlisted in the Army in 2012 and served 4 years as an indirect fire infantryman (mortarman). During his time in the military, he spent a year in South Korea with 4th squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment as a company level mortar gunner, and 2nd battalion 23 infantry regiment, 4th ID, as the lead stryker mortar gunner. He also served at Fort Carson with the Stryker GRF in support of the 82nd Airborne; always training to stay combat ready. Greg has been working in the O&G industry since early 2016 with ARM Energy, LLC where he is currently their Crude Oil Marketer and Originator in the Denver area. Greg is also an active in a number of veteran groups, including the Veteran Golfers Association.

Robert “Clarke” McIlravy
Army Veteran

Robert “Clarke” McIlravy joined the US Army in 2002 where he served on active duty as 51B Engineer at Ft Carson. He later went on to re-classify as a Combat Medic. Clarke furthered his Army Medical career by achieving his M6 Additional Skill Identifier where he gained his nursing license through the US Army. Throughout his 10 year career (active duty and reserve) Clarke went on many deployments, mobilizations and spent time in many foreign lands. He served in various roles from a line medic in Panama to Army Hospitals such as Walter Reed. Clarke is the Branch Manager for Industrial Piping Speaclists, Inc.

Brian Reynolds
Army Veteran

Brian works at Jomax Construction as the Colorado Area Manager focusing on delivering pipeline construction and maintenance services to clients in the western US. He spent 11 years in the US Army, starting out as an enlisted Combat Engineer and finishing his service as a Special Forces officer. Brian deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and central Africa and spent time training partner forces in Germany and Croatia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the US Military Academy. Brian enjoys the comradery of the oil and gas industry, as we all work hard to provide safe and efficient energy for America.

David Arnold
Army Veteran

Dave Arnold is an Army Veteran, he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from March 2003 to August 2004. David and his fellow soldiers of the Army’s 842nd Engineering Company, accomplished numerous horizontal construction in and around Baghdad International Airport (BIAP) and The Victory Base Complex. In addition to construction he worked on securing and rebuilding major supply routes south of Baghdad during the Shi'a uprising in the spring and summer of 2004. Currently, David is the Regional Account Manager for MATCOR, Inc. based out of Casper, WY and offering best-in-class cathodic protection & AC mitigation solutions in: Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Nebraska, North and South Dakota.
